1. Acceptance of Terms: By applying for any of our services—Job Applications, Assistance, Donations, Royal Permits, Vacations, or Scholarships—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must meet any age, residency, or qualification requirements specified by the UAE, Dubai Royal Council, or relevant authorities. Each service may have additional eligibility requirements.
3. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date personal, financial, or professional details. Submitting false information may lead to immediate disqualification.
4. Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. However, certain details may be shared with authorized partners for verification or processing.
5. Job Applications: Submission of an application does not guarantee employment. All hiring decisions are made at the discretion of the respective employers or royal authorities, and we bear no responsibility for final hiring outcomes.
6. Assistance Requests: Assistance is granted on a case-by-case basis, subject to available resources and the applicant’s demonstrated need. No applicant is guaranteed support, and any assistance offered may be re-evaluated at intervals.
7. Donations and Charitable Contributions: All donated funds or items become the property of the appropriate Royal or recognized charitable entity. Donors should consult their tax advisors regarding any potential benefits or deductions.
8. Royal Permits: Royal Permits and related privileges are issued at the sole discretion of the Dubai Royal Council. Permit holders must comply with all local laws, regulations, and customs. Failure to do so may result in revocation.
9. Vacations and Travel: Officially endorsed vacations must adhere to all Royal Council travel guidelines. Travel fees, visa requirements, and associated costs remain the sole responsibility of the traveler unless otherwise indicated.
10. Scholarships: Scholarship recipients are selected based on merit, financial need, or other criteria determined by the granting institution. Scholarships may be suspended or terminated if terms of the scholarship agreement are breached.
11. Modifications to Services: The Royal Council reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, including Job Applications, Assistance, Donations, Permits, Vacations, or Scholarships, with or without notice.
12. Fees & Charges: Some services may require administrative fees or charges. Such fees, if applicable, are nonrefundable unless stated otherwise, and do not guarantee a successful outcome for the application or request.
13. Liability Disclaimer: Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of these services, including delays, cancellations, or rejections of applications.
14. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
15. Amendments: We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. All changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
